Overview

The Smart Access Model SA-1626 Slave Card Reader connects to an option connector on the Model SA-1606 Door Unit main circuit board. The Slave reader shares the active card database and all other settings of the Model SA-1606 Door Unit. The Slave Reader can be used for egress purposes in conjunction with the Door Unit. An L. E. D. (Light Emitting Diode) is provided to communicate Slave Reader status.
