The Smart Access Model SA-1600 Card Encoder is a propriety card encoder device that encodes high energy magnetic information onto Smart Access User Cards Model SA-1690-P. The encoder requires an AC power source and connects to a personal computer (PC) by the use of a serial communication port. Special PC software is necessary for the encoder to operate.
